Customer Portal

Future Group recognises the importance of monitoring the cleaning standards on each and every client site, therefore over the last few years we have invested heavily in the development of a ‘customer portal’. This is bespoke to the company and has been designed in consideration of our clients’ needs and site specific specifications.

The customer portal is a crucial operational tool which assists with our own internal monitoring processes and allows complete transparency of contract service delivery to the client.

There is a complete range of information on the customer portal, which is accessed by unique customer logins, including:

  • Site specification
  • Site inspection scores and collated monthly scores
  • Complete and historical site inspection forms including all comments
  • Health and safety information, including our manual, risk assessments, method statements and COSHH datasheets
  • Insurance certification
  • PAT testing information
  • Company contact information
  • An additional quotes section for any one off cleans

Time and Attendance

Our time and Attendance System is a crucial employee management tool made ‘’simple...and smart’’. The system is available to work through smart phones, landlines or via a bio-metrics system and more recently via face recognition.

The system not only feeds through to generate the wages, it also allows our Management team to monitor the hours remotely to ensure that the site hours are being met and standards are being maintained.
