Charles Chisholm

Chief Executive Officer

Charles has been in the cleaning industry since 1989 when he started his own small business cleaning many contracts in and around York and the Northern areas; including specialist one off and carpet cleans. After several years, having built a strong customer base, he moved the business forward introducing blue chip companies including Banks, Cinemas, Schools, Solicitors, Accountants and Factories to his portfolio.

By 2001 this business had expanded to employing over four hundred employees, with a turnover in excess of £1,600,000. Charles then sold to a larger Company remaining with them as Business Development Director and grew the company revenue to over £3 Million.

In 2003 Charles formed Future Cleaning Services and is the largest shareholder within the Group. The Group has now grown to approaching a £10 Million pounds turnover.

Kevin Wortley M.B.I.F.M

General Manager

A Member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers, Kevin has worked extensively in Facilities Management (Hard & Soft) both in the Healthcare and PFI Education sectors since 1995. He has a vast experience in the Management of people and delivery of Output Specifications in Soft Services provision to a variety of Client Bases with a particular interest in cleaning.

In 1985 Kevin worked for Compass Group, moving on to BMI Healthcare and then Interserve Project Services Ltd and Jarvis Accommodation Services before joining Future Cleaning Services in April 2010.

Kevin is responsible for the effective running of Future Cleaning Services (South West) Ltd based near Redruth, Cornwall and which is part of the Future Cleaning Services group. FCS has a current turnover of £1.3 million and are steadily growing under Kevin’s management.

Bruce Risbey (I.O.S.H)

Contract Manager

Bruce has been in the cleaning industry since 1988 He has previously worked for Tankclean Managing two cleaning stations in Southampton and Felixstowe, Tankclean carried out the cleaning of road tankers in between different products.

Bruce has run his own company and carried out different cleaning operations, including Carpet Cleaning, Hard Floor Cleaning, High Level Cleaning plus Tank and Silo cleaning. He has experience in the cleaning of Ships Engine Rooms’ etc. The Carpet Cleaning included Cruise Liners, Ferries and Hotels.

Bruce joined FCS in 1996 and has carried out and managed different contracts which have included Pub Chains, Cruise Liners, Ferries and Universities.

Bruce is now responsible for running our National Pub Contract and implementing New Contracts nationwide. Bruce also works on the bidding side of the business.

In August 2010 Bruce was accredited IOSH.

Jim Gibbons

Contract Manager

With his extensive Knowledge and Expertise of ship cleaning, Jim works closely with the A&P Group. He manages a team of cleaning staff who will clean a ship from the Captain’s Cabin to Machinery Spaces in the Engine Room.

Jim also controls a team of Special Cleaners involved in Commercial Kitchen Deep Cleans and with large and small Building Companies, helping them achieve a clean and smooth handover of their projects. His Team are trained and highly skilled at one off cleans including the use of Powered Access Equipment. No job is too big or too small for him.

Jim has been with FCS since 2000 and is an extremely professional Operator.

Debbie Dunstan

Area Manager

Debbie has been with FCS since April 2000 and has progressed from a cleaning operative to Area Manager.

During this time she has cleaned Ships, Ferries, Cruise Liners, Building Sites, Holiday Parks and Deep Cleaned Kitchens as well as Daily Cleaning Contracts. Debbie has vast experience and knowledge of the Cleaning Industry and is an extremely professional Manager.

Debbie is responsible for a number of Key Site Contracts in Cornwall and maintains regular contact with her Clients, carrying out site audits and Staff Training.
